The next question is, what is the best timefor seeing Fairies? I believe I can tell you all about that.
The first rule is, that it must be a veryhot day—that we may consider as settled: and you must be just a littlesleepy—but not too sleepy to keep your eyes open, mind. Well, and you ought tofeel a little—what one may call "fairyish "—the Scotch call it"eerie," and perhaps that's a prettier word; if you don't know whatit means, I'm afraid I can hardly explain it; you must wait till you meet aFairy, and then you'll know.
And the last rule is, that the cricketsshould not be chirping. I can't stop to explain that: you must take it on trustfor the present. So, if all these things happen together, you have a goodchance of seeing a Fairy—or at least a much better chance than if they didn't.
北部開拓村是拓展林木業的村落。
在遙遠後方的是穿破雲層、巍然聳立的靈峰．熾天山脈。在當中的水源最終持續流向帝都空瓦魯莉斯的大河，多米德川流是大河的源流之一，那俯瞰川流的高台之上、
在那裡粗略估計約五六十戶木製建築的村落。這裡就是北部開拓村。
向邊苦惱的村長，我眨眼再次確認了。
在坐在沙發上的我背後站著的柯蒂斯先生詢問道，一起搖晃著視線的村長父子，噗氣地口答。
朝著鸚鵡學舌反問的我，誇張地點頭戴米利歐村長。
總之就像是日本的『大地主的宅院和倉庫』那樣的感覺啊。實際上，院屏也是木製的，所以這宅邸稍微有點懷念思鄉的感覺。
